The project aims to create a civic center that would integrate with the new Admin. capital programs, and provide people's needs to help increase the quality of life and happiness of people Since the direction of development in the NAC is physical development, the theme for the civic center was chosen to be cultural, and social as these dimensions are also important to increase the quality of life in the place and the happiness of its residents.
- This project was chosen to serve on the regional scale -All Egypt- to be an attraction point for people from all over Egypt to come to the new admin. capital and feel included in the country's new places and spaces.
The master plan is divided into 4 sectors, the Main activity farms; the main pop-up spaces which contain the most interaction between visitors each one of them is themed by the nearby zone as they are; The traditional space, the Musical yard, the exhibition, and the outdoor cinema. The second sector is the buildings which contain the main indoor activities such as workshops, recording, and education. The third sector is the green spaces which provide an inner view and inspiration in the visual arts zone. The last sector is the desert scape which works as a buffer and contains the services roads and ramps.
